A surprising number of faulty new appliance calls are installation problems. A dishwasher that leaks because the drain hose is kinked or missing its high loop. A front-load washer that walks across the floor because the transit bolts were never removed. A refrigerator with a trickling water dispenser because the supply line is pinched behind it. A built-in unit that overheats because its vent clearance is blocked by cabinetry.
We install and connect the appliance, level it, check the clearances the manual specifies for the model, and run it once with you before leaving. Gas connections and electrical work follow local code requirements, and anything that needs a separately licensed trade in your area is identified before we start rather than after.
