The JKD910 is the plain GE-line equivalent of the Profile drawers, built around the same idea: element, thermostat, drawer switch. Its faults are correspondingly few and mostly mechanical or electrical rather than electronic.
Owner limits are unchanged: breaker, drawer closing squarely, vents clear. The drawer box should only come out for a technician, because the wiring behind it carries mains voltage into a heated compartment.
