We are an independent repair company. We are not an authorized GE Appliances service provider and we are not affiliated with the manufacturer. If your appliance may still be within the manufacturer’s warranty, it is usually worth contacting them first, because covered repairs are arranged through their own service network and at their cost.
If the appliance is outside that coverage, or you would rather use us, we repair it and stand behind our labour with our own workmanship warranty. Warranty terms vary by product, purchase date and who installed it, so check the paperwork for your model – and note that a repair attempt can put manufacturer coverage at risk if it is not done by an authorized technician.
