A trickle from the RO faucet is the signature complaint, and it is usually the storage tank rather than the membrane: the tank has an air charge that pushes water out, and when that charge is gone the tank fills but will not deliver.
Owners can change the pre-filter and post-filter stages if they isolate the feed and depressurise the system per the manual. Membrane replacement, tank recharging and any fault where water runs continuously to the drain are better handled by a technician, since a system left running to drain wastes a great deal of water.
Key Features

Most Common Issues on This Model
Dispensing faucet trickling because the storage tank has lost its air charge
Membrane fouling in hard water, cutting production to nothing
Continuous drain flow when the shut-off valve fails
Leaks at the quick-connect fittings after a filter change
