A door alarm that sounds with the doors closed usually means one door is resting on a full bin or a hinge has settled, not that the board has failed.
Hollow or undersized cubes point to water volume: filter age, supply pressure and a partly frozen fill tube in that order. Condensation on the centre mullion is normal in humid weather for short periods; if it persists, the mullion heater circuit and the gaskets are checked by a technician.
