No heat on an electric dryer is usually the heating element, a thermal fuse or a failed thermostat, and on a 240 volt circuit it can also be a single blown leg at the breaker, which leaves the drum turning while the heat stays off.
Before any of that is diagnosed, the vent must be checked. Restricted venting causes long dry times and it also trips thermal cut-outs, so clearing the duct is both a performance fix and a fire-safety measure. Unplug the dryer before removing any panel.
